PAYMENT OPTIONS
All GCA and RLCA at Glasgow Enrollment fees are paid in full, 10 days after enrollment. Tuition/feeds are paid in monthly payments or paid in full. All Sport/Activity fees are applied after team tryouts.
All payments are through FACTS, the financial management system utilized by GCA. Payments are drawn from the personal bank account provided by families when registering on FACTS. All payments are processed on the 1st business day of the month.
Once payments have been set up, FACTS automatically sends a reminder email of the scheduled payment date and amount. Reminder emails are sent a few days before the payment is due. Several payment plan options are available.
Once you have been accepted, please register with FACTS during the Enrollment process.
Notification will be sent from FACTS prior to withdraw of funds.
